The Document Management System has features for systematic and hierarchical recording and storing of documents and files. Documents are stored in dynamically created categories. Groups are created in the system and users are given membership for these groups. The User Management of the system takes care of the rights of the users for uploading and downloading of documents. For each category and Documents created in the system, the creator has the feature of defining the access rights for each one of them.
